Track Your Order
Every D'ORVÉN order ships with full tracking. Here is how to follow your watch from our hands to yours.
1. Look for your shipping email
Once your order leaves us, we send a shipping confirmation to the email address you used at checkout. It contains your tracking number and a link to follow the parcel. Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment.
2. Give tracking a little time
Tracking usually becomes active within 2–5 business days of dispatch, once the carrier has scanned your parcel. If the link shows no information at first, this is normal.
3. Check your account
If you created an account, you can see the status of every order in your account.
Can't find your shipping email?
Check your spam or promotions folder and search for "D'ORVÉN". If it is not there, email us at dorvencostore@gmail.com with your order number and we will send your tracking details.
Is your parcel late?
Delivery estimates start once your order has been dispatched:
- Free Tracked Shipping: 7–12 business days
- Express Shipping: 5–8 business days
- Priority Shipping – DHL Express: 3–5 business days
Customs checks, public holidays and local carriers can sometimes add a few days. If your parcel has gone well past these times, or tracking has not moved for several days, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier for you.
