Are the watches automatic?
Yes. Every D'ORVÉN watch has an automatic skeleton movement that winds itself with the motion of your wrist, so it never needs a battery. If it stops after a few days off the wrist, simply wear it again and it will start running.
Are you affiliated with any car manufacturer?
No. D'ORVÉN is an independent house. Our watches are inspired by the colours and character of great automotive design, and are not affiliated with, licensed or endorsed by any car manufacturer.
What does the warranty cover?
Every watch comes with our 2-year international warranty against manufacturing defects, in addition to your statutory rights. Read the Warranty & care guide.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days. Complimentary tracked shipping arrives in 7–12 business days. Express (5–8 business days) and Priority DHL Express (3–5 business days) are available at checkout.
Do you ship worldwide, and will I pay duties?
Yes, we ship to almost every country and prices are shown in your local currency. Depending on your country, customs duties, import taxes or VAT may apply on delivery. These are set by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.
What is your return policy?
