Orders & shipping

How long does delivery take?

Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment. Delivery times then depend on the option you choose at checkout:

Do you ship to my country?

We ship to almost every country in the world. Prices are shown in your local currency, and you can change your country at the bottom of every page.

Will I pay customs or import duties?

Depending on your country, customs duties, import taxes or VAT may be charged on delivery. These are set by local authorities and are paid by the customer.

How do I track my order?

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Tracking usually becomes active within 2–5 business days of dispatch. See Track your order for details.

I entered the wrong address. What now?

Email us within 12 hours of ordering at dorvencostore@gmail.com and we will correct it before dispatch.

Payment

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard and American Express, through our encrypted checkout.

Is my payment secure?

Yes. Card details go directly to our PCI-DSS compliant payment providers. We never see or store your full card number.

Which currency will I be charged in?

Our prices are set in US dollars and shown in your local currency at checkout, so you pay in the currency you are used to.

The watches

What size are the watches?

Every model has a tonneau case of 42 × 50 mm, 12 mm thick, with a 26 mm strap.

What movement do they use?

An automatic skeleton movement. It winds itself as you wear it, and the open dial lets you see it working.

Are they water resistant?

Yes, to 5 ATM. That covers rain, splashes and washing your hands. Please do not swim, shower or dive with your watch.

What is the difference between Sapphire Edition and Forged Carbon?

Sapphire Edition watches have a fully transparent sapphire crystal case. Forged Carbon watches have a case made of forged carbon composite, lighter and with a unique marbled grain.

Do your watches come with a warranty?

Yes. Every watch is covered by our 2-year international warranty against manufacturing defects, in addition to your statutory rights. See Warranty & care.

Returns

What is your return policy?

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Customers in the European Union also have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.

How do I start a return?

Email us first at dorvencostore@gmail.com with your order number. We will send you a return authorisation and the correct return address. Parcels sent without authorisation cannot be processed. Read the full Refund & Returns Policy.

My watch arrived damaged. What do I do?

Email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the watch and the packaging. We will send a replacement or refund you in full, and cover the return cost.
